I typically begin with a complimentary 20 minute phone consultation or video chat during which I learn about your project, answer questions, and explain how I work. My customers then send me project details and specific questions and concerns, along with drawings, measurements and photos of the existing rooftop environment. We consider project goals, material options, pricing and who will be constructing the deck.
